George James Kelly
George Kelly (Service No 60238) was born in Bethungra, N.S.W..
George was a single man when he enlisted at the age of 19. He was employed as a cordialmaker and lived in Nowra, N.S.W.
George embarked from Sydney on board HMAT A41Bakara with 16th NSW General Reinforcements on 4th September 1918. The troops arrived in England on 14th November 1918 and George was sent on to France on 28th January 1919.
George was returned to Australia in September 1919 and discharged on 18th October 1919.
