Oliver Francis Cullen (Service No 6965), was born in Wollongong, N.S.W.

At enlistment, in Kiama, N.S.W., he was 28 years old, single and worked as a labourer.

Oliver embarked on HMAT A72 Beltana, with the 13th Battalion, 23rd Reinforcement, on 25th November 1916. He arrived in England on 29th January 1917, and joined the 13th Battalion, in France, on 7th May 1917. Oliver saw service on the Western Front and was with the same battalion as his brother, Thomas Cullen (Service No 1700).

Oliver had a number of disciplinary issues while on active service. He was returned to Australia in July 1919 and discharged on 28th September 1919.

Oliver died in 1947.
