William Charles Williams
William Williams (Service no 66544) was born in Woonona, NSW.
At the time of enlistment William was single, 19 years of age, employed as a baker, resided in Woonona, NSW and had previously served in the Militia.
William embarked on HMAT A36 - Boonah with the 21st NSW General Reinforcements on 22 October 1918.
The War ended whilst he was at sea and his ship was turned for home. William was discharged on 7 February 1919.
William enlisted for service in the second world war at Corrimal, NSW on 29 March 1941 and enlisted as a Private soldier (Service no N107838) with the 7th Military District, 111 Construction Depot until 15 October 1942.
William died in Bulli, NSW in 1959.
