George Malcolm Miller (Service No 3128) was born in Moss Vale, N.S.W., in August 1886.

At enlistment he was 30 years old, single, worked as a  farmer and lived in Gerringong, N.S.W.

George embarked from Melbourne on HMAT A42 Boorara with the 6th Light Horse, 24th Reinforcement, on 10th May 1917. He disembarked in Egypt on 20th June 1917, and joined the AASC Divisional Train, 38th Company, on 20th August 1917. George was joined by his brother Henry Miller (Service No 1641), soon after. He saw service in Egypt and was granted some leave in England in July 1919. George returned to Australia in October 1919 and was discharged on 1st December 1919.

George died in 1962, and is buried in Berry Cemetery, Berry, N.S.W.

George is commemorated for his service on the Honour Rolls at the Gerringong Soldiers Memorial Hall.
